Once the water is removed and the mitigation is complete, rely on Diamond G Construction, Inc. for full-service reconstruction and rebuild of your water-damaged commercial property. We will work to rebuild your property back to pre-loss conditions, including structural repairs and the final finishing touches – so it's as if the damage never occurred.
So you make the call and the mitigation (water removal and dryout) is complete – what happens next?
Our project manager will walk through the property with you and make an assessment of what will be necessary to fully rebuild and return your property to pre-loss condition. Very often during mitigation, entire walls are exposed and floors are removed in order to dry out. Most mitigation companies, however, do not have the skills or available trades necessary for the next step of the process, so it's left to the property owner to find a company who can put everything back together. We work with your insurance claim to make sure that the cost for reconstruction is included in your claim scope.
After the moisture readings throughout your property are back to safe, normal levels, we'll repair, reconstruct, or replace any damaged structures, like studs, subfloors, drywall, etc. When we're done, your home will have no traces of the water damage, and your contents will be put back where they belong.
During our final walk-through with you after our work is complete, Diamond G will explain everything that was accomplished and why and listen carefully to any concerns or feedback you may have. Since we are a locally owned company who doesn't answer to a big franchise, our focus and biggest goal is your ultimate satisfaction in a job well done, fairly and in a timely manner.
Many common scenarios can result in water damage. Below is a list of some of the events or circumstances that lead to you needing to call in a post-mitigation contractor like Diamond G who specializes in large loss claims.
